How It Works
Where Nations identify a community member with interest or potential, but who may need skill development or oversight, we provide structured mentorship alongside active work. This allows emerging professionals to gain experience while ensuring the work remains steady, accurate, and accountable.
Our Intent
The long-term goal is capacity transfer.
Success looks like Nations no longer needing this support because the work is being carried confidently from within the community. That is Nation-building in practice.
